Each pool is unique, however there are several factors that determine the time frame of the build. These include other building works eg. house build, raised decks and other landscaping features and the weather.

Average build time is 4 months.

Every pool comes with a 7 year structural warranty.

Your pool equipment also comes with specific manufacturer’s warranty which we discuss at handover.

Excavation will always produce variations that can not be predicted. Sewer lines can often run through backyards and sometimes not appear on the plans. Rock is another thing that we cant know until we start digging. Another one that we find on blocks in older suburbs is buried waste. These are all things that cannot be predicted until excavation has commenced, however, we always ensure that we let our customers know of the potential for this to occur so they aren’t hit with unexpected bill. Whenever dealing with something like this we charge it at a ‘do and charge’ rate to keep the costs as low as possible for the customer.

At Cloud 9 Pools we deal directly with our certifier and liase with council for all applications.

There are a few things we need from you like land rates and signatures to get the process going.

The beauty of building a concrete pool is that you can customize it to fit in with the space you have.

We need to adhere to the Building Code of Australia as well as local council development plans. These factors will also determine the space we can use.
